I gave the listing to Christine after she came in with a number that was near what I had thought.  It was a fair price and she had done her homework.  The listing hit her website on a Wednesday, she had an Open House on Saturday, and I accepted a full price offer on Monday!  Her expertise in dealing with the buyer's lender saved me a lot of aggravation.  I heartily recommend her to all who are serious about selling.
