Brian Wotton is very talented and has such a gift in the real estate business. My parents were relocating from AZ back home to MA and couldn't sell their house in AZ after 10 months, 2 different realtors in a community with high inventory and very little home sales. After sharing this story with Brian, he educated me that my parents needed a realtor who specializes in home sales for seniors - I had no idea these specialists existed. He also shared that a good realtor can sell any house. He was right!

Though not familiar with senior certified realtors in the AZ area, he offered to make some phone calls and found us the perfect one who sold my parents house before it was even listed. Brian just knew what to look for and who to connect us with.

Brian Wotton was the realtor for the recent sale of our lifetime home.  It was a complex sale.  My sister and I are in our sixties.  It was a necessary move and the transition to a smaller apartment, and Brian made the process easier, even though it was difficult for us.  He went above and beyond the scope of what a realtor does.  There was not a facet he was not involved in - from the paperwork to meeting with people to physically helping with moving boxes.  He explained everything and if I had questions, he always answered me so that I would have a better grasp of understanding.
