Hi, my name is Brian Wotton and I want to thank you for checking out my bio page.
By nature, I am much more of a listener than a talker, so I am not going to try to tell you about my 40 years of business and career experience and all the lessons I have learned, except this – it doesn’t matter what business you are in, the key to success is creating satisfied customers over and over again.
While it is possible to be good at many things, to be exceptional at any one thing generally takes a commitment to specialization. When I made the decision to come back to being a real estate professional (I originally obtained my RE sales person’s license in 1985) my goal was to find one area that I could bring the most value to and serve those clients at the highest level.
Today, I primarily serve the needs of retirees, seniors, and the adult children of the elderly. The older generation generally need a level of care and service that goes beyond the scope of what is traditionally expected from an agent. Their situations are often complicated by legal, medical, health and financial issues. Not to mention the often-overwhelming task of working through a lifetime accumulation of possessions. In most instances seniors are “right sizing” into smaller living spaces, so in addition to preparing their homes to go on the market they have the added burden of managing their possessions. This is a challenge for any age, but for seniors it can be impossible without help and guidance. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Senior Relocation and Transition Professional I am committed to serving the needs of the elderly to make late life moves as smooth and stress free as possible in alignment with their needs and goals.
This doesn’t happen without a network and team of like-minded professionals. A typical senior home sale and “Right Sizing” move can involve the coordinated effort of more than a dozen service providers and professionals. Guiding that process is how I serve my clients.
If this sounds like something you would like to learn more about, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I am always happy to meet with you and listen to your story without obligation.
Thanks for your time,
Brian
